Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable.

During on season "May-October", and all holidays year round we have a no cancellation/ no reschedule policy for the Pink Flamingo, Pink Castles, Goth Castle.

Off season, you can reschedule your reservation by giving us a 30 day or more notice. 30 days or less is no reschedule.

During on season "October- March" and all holidays year round we have a no cancellation/ no reschedule policy for the SnowGlobe Igloo & SnowFlake Suite. You can reschedule if you give us a 30 day or more notice. 30 days or less is no reschedule.

Why is our cancellation policy how it is? Groups book 6+ months to years in advance to reserve their date. By cancellations means loss dates, and hard to fill due to planning on the groups part. We respect your reservation as you should respect the date booked for you.
