Welcome to a private Lake Mallalieu membership retreat, perfectly positioned on the water in downtown Hudson, just two minutes from Historic Downtown. Located on 7th Street, this waterfront villa offers members a rare blend of lakeside privacy and walkable city access.

This spacious, thoughtfully designed lakefront residence features six bedrooms, seven beds, and three bathrooms, making it ideal for groups of friends or family gathering together under a short-term lake membership experience. The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 members, with expanded access available for larger group experiences.

Membership access includes enjoyment of exceptional lake-centered amenities, including a year-round heated hot spa pool, a landscaped panoramic glass sauna, a firepit overlooking the water, and direct walk-down access to Lake Mallalieu. Members may enjoy paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, boating, and jet skiing, with convenient access to a nearby public boat landing for those bringing their own watercraft. A pontoon and jet ski are also available for member use by arrangement.

This property operates as a private lake membership club, where access is provided through a complimentary short-term membership included with your reservation. The membership grants approved access to the property, lake amenities, and shared spaces under club guidelines and does not create residency or tenancy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring or rent a boat?
The dock is exclusive to the home and yours to enjoy as much as you want! You're welcome to bring/rent our boat and tie up to the dock for easy lake access. There is a boat launch on the same lake as our house where you can put your boat in the water and drive it over to the house. There is one culvert to go under so please just make sure your boat has a tower that can fold down or come off. Our part of the lake is expansive itself, so you can easily do any watersports you need on the water in front of the house without having to go back and forth onto the main lake unless you so choose. We do offer boat-pontoon rental and jetski rental. They are located right down our stairway to the lake for easy access. Boat rental is $800/day. Jetski is $150/day.

How deep is the water off the dock?
The lake ranges on the depth. Some are shallow where you pull off and paddle board, kayak, or canoe. And other parts are made for the sport area.

How fast is the WiFi?
We have a great wifi set up at the house with Starlink that gets 150-300mbps. Needless to say fast internet + amazing views = best remote work location ever.

What are the bedroom / bathroom situations?
Our home offers 6 bedrooms yet 7 beds (one room has two beds) Two beautiful fully remodeled bathroom.

What amenities does the kitchen have?
The open plan kitchen that means to the living room and well-equipped with everything you need to cook meals, including:
- 34" range oven
- Full size microwave
- Toaster
- Coffee machine
- Spacious fridge & Freezer
- Dishes, glassware, cookware, and Tupperware
- Baking gear
There is also a large island with seating for prepping and cooking.


Is there off-street parking?
We have a huge parking area that can comfortably fit up to 6 cars. Because we are located on a lake the other driveways are back to back allowing no side parking due to blocking driveways of others. There is street parking right before entering the lake street.

Do you allow pets?
In order to provide a space that is allergy free for all guests we have a strict pet policy. There is a great boarding place 5 minutes down the road if you want to have your pets nearby to visit!

Do you provide anything for babies/kids?
We do love babies & kids. Our homes do not have anything for babies but needed please let us know!
