Can a more expensive night vision device actually be a better investment?

It can be, but I wouldn't assume that simply because the price is higher. I would first identify the features that genuinely matter to me and compare several models. If the more expensive option offers meaningful improvements in reliability and performance, the additional cost may be justified.

I agree that price alone doesn't guarantee better night vision, but a higher-end device can be a worthwhile investment when the improvements are actually useful. Things like image clarity, detection range, durability, battery life, and reliable controls can make a big difference in real conditions. I’ve seen some solid options from https://www.agmglobalvision.com/collections/thermal-weapon-sights especially for people who regularly use night vision for hunting or outdoor work. Their range of devices gives you a chance to compare features instead of simply paying for the most expensive model.
